The third day of the trial of a Dublin man charged with attempted rape of a woman continued yesterday with legal argument in the absence of the jury. A 21-year-old man has pleaded not guilty to attempted rape and sexual assault of a 30-year-old woman in the grounds of a school in Ballymun, Dublin, on January 15th, 1996.
