Dutch telecom group KPN wil raise € 632 million from the sale of its 21 per cent stake in Eircom following Government approval of Valentia’s takeover bid.

Earlier this year, KPN sold its interest in Eircell to Vodafone for € 572 million, bringing total cash proceeds from the two transactions to € 1,204 million.
