Kevorkian guilty of assault

Royal Oak - Dr Jack Kevorkian (70) was yesterday, found guilty in Michigan's 44th District Court of misdemeanour, assault and resisting arrest charges, the first time the crusader for assisted suicide has been convicted of a crime in nearly a decade of fighting police and prosecutors.
