A jury at the Central Criminal Court has found a 43year-old Co Kerry man not guilty of raping and falsely detaining a 22-year-old woman in his house in 1998.
Man dies in road accident
A man died yesterday in Beaumont Hospital, Dublin, after a weekend road crash outside Dungloe, Co Donegal. Mr James Cochrane (24), from Loughanure, Donegal, was one of two people in a car which crashed off the Dungloe-Loughanure road early on Saturday.
