Alex Ferguson is confident Roy Keane will be fit to face Olympiakos as Manchester United push for a place in the second phase of the Champions' League tomorrow night.

Keane has had treatment on a knee injury since last week's defeat by Deportivo La Coruna and would most likely have missed Saturday's home upset against Bolton had he not been suspended.

Ferguson feels the Republic of Ireland midfielder should make the line-up at Old Trafford, but if he fails, Nicky Butt will be drafted in to play a deep role in midfield.

A number of players who missed the 2-1 defeat to Bolton are expected to return, with Laurent Blanc, Gary Neville and probably Denis Irwin coming back.

David Beckham and Ryan Giggs are set to start along with Juan Sebastian Veron, Paul Scholes and either Keane or Butt, while Ruud van Nistelrooy is expected to return up front after being rested at the weekend.
