A Belfast Crown Court judge has refused to order a retrial for two men accused of murdering Belfast hairdresser Mr Norman Harley in November 1995.

Mr Mark Bellringer, of Thompson House, and Mr Christopher McMillan, of Kansas Avenue, both 21, deny murdering Mr Harley, who was found battered to death at the "Waterworks" on Belfast's Antrim Road.
