Jerusalem - The British Foreign Secretary, Mr Robin Cook, yesterday witnessed the naming of Frank Foley, the British spy who saved thousands of Jews from the Holocaust, as "Righteous Among The Nations".
The honour is the highest Israel can bestow on a non-Jew and is reserved for those who risked their lives to save Jews from Nazi persecution.
