LONDON - Jazz impresario Ronnie Scott was cremated yesterday after a packed funeral service. Among the several hundred mourners in Golders Green, north London, were Cleo Laine, John Dankworth, Humphrey Lyttleton, Denis Norden and comic Spike Milligan, himself a keen jazz trumpet player.

Mr Scott (69) died suddenly two days before Christmas.
