Rome - A blonde, bikini-clad 28-year-old lifeguard has become the first winner of Italy's version of Big Brother.
After nearly 100 days of largely fatuous conversation, endless posing, covert sex and a pregnancy scare, Ms Cristina Plevani beat nine housemates to win about £110,000 on Italy's Il Grande Fratello on Thursday night.
