An Irish-registered fishing vessel was detained off Mizen Head last Wednesday for alleged logbook and drift-net infringements. The boat was escorted to Castletownbere, CO Cork, by the Naval vessel, LE Aisling. It was the 25th detention by the Naval Service this year.
