Ireland is preparing to host the World Garden Centre Congress later this year. The Minister of State for Food and Agriculture, Mr Noel Davern, has praised the "positive attitude" among Ireland's garden centres. He was speaking at the presentation of Bord Glas garden centre quality awards in Dublin.
