Institute issues book on treaty

The Institute of European Affairs has published a book on the Amsterdam Treaty designed to contribute to the debate before the referendum on the treaty. Edited by Dr Ben Tonra, a lecturer with the Centre for European Studies at the University of Wales, the contributors include academics, lawyers, journalists and policy specialists.
