Impact of tax proposals queried

The Institute of Taxation has said that measures contained within the Budget could cause significant operational problems for business next year. In particular, the Institute has criticised the proposal to bring forward the due date for the payment of corporation tax to one month before the accounting period ends, saying that this will create cash flow and administration costs for corporate taxpayers.
