If you don't already make a list, then try it. A pen and paper is a start of course, but there are also useful online apps such as teuxdeux.com that let you enter tasks for each day and then, rather satisfyingly, cross them off as you do them. Or, if a task doesn't get done it rolls over to the next day. You can soon see the amount and nature of tasks you are getting finished, and plan accordingly for the future.
