Havel treated for abscess

Vienna - The Czech President, Mr Vaclav Havel (61), underwent treatment for an abscess in his abdomen late on Monday, but doctors said his condition was not life-threatening. He had suffered a lung complication following an emergency operation on his intestine last week, and his temperature also increased temporarily, his doctor said.
