HEBDEN BRIDGE - A Yorkshire GP who failed to spot that a five year old girl in his care was suffering a brain tumour was last night ordered to be struck off by the General Medical Council. Dr Robert Blomfield (58) told the council he initially diagnosed five year old Eliza May Connelly as "a sensitive child" and thought she might be suffering from a food allergy which he prescribed homeopathic remedies.
