The case to determine if Ms Geraldine Gilligan is a chargeable person under the tax laws following the seizure of her property by the Criminal Assets Bureau was yesterday listed for hearing in the High Court on February 18th.
An undertaking was given in the Supreme Court last Monday that the seized property would not be disposed of by the Criminal Assets Bureau pending the hearing.
