Gardai are seeking the public's help in identifying a woman's body which was taken from the river Tolka in Dublin this morning.

The body was taken from the river at Drumcondra Road Upper, at 9.20 a.m.

She is described as being in her late forties or early fifties, 5'2", stocky build with dark hair. When discovered she was cloth only in black slacks and black bra. The body was removed to the city morgue and a post mortem will take place this afternoon.
