Gardaí have again appealed for help in finding a missing 91-year-old man in Co Tipperary.

Gardaí have again appealed for help in finding a missing 91-year-old man in Co Tipperary.

Mr Joe Walsh, from Lisronagh, Clonmel, has been missing from his home since Friday. He was last seen in the Scotch Cross area of Moanroe in the town at about 9.10 p.m.

He is of medium height and build, wears glasses and walks with a slight stoop. When last seen, he was wearing a long, dark, grey coat, a cap and was using a walking stick.

Extensive searches have been carried out by gardaí, Mountain Rescue units and the Civil Defence. Anyone with information can contact Clonmel Garda station (Ph: 052-77640)
