The Garda are appealing for witnesses to an assault on a motorist in Dublin yesterday evening which left the victim in hospital with head injuries.
The incident occurred at 6.30 p.m. yesterday on St Alphonsus Road in Drumcondra.
Three men got out of a blue car and assaulted a man driving a black Honda Civic. The three then left in the blue car in the direction of Iona Road.
The victim was treated for head injuries in the Mater Hospital.
