A gang of armed men has stolen over €100,000 from a trader returning from last night’s concert in Slane, Co Meath.
It is understood the gang of at least four men was lying in wait for the man in a garden in the Finglas area of north Dublin early this morning.
He had been running a food and refreshments stall at the concert.
The thieves stole the takings and escaped in a silver car.
There were no injuries reported.
