The 22-man Ireland squad to face Wales at the Millennium Stadium, Cardiff on Saturday, October 13th was announced this morning.
Mick Galwey returns after being omitted from Ireland’s previous encounter when they were found lacking in a comprehensive defeat by Scotland almost a fortnight ago.
Llanelli’s Simon Easterby and Leicester centre Geordan Murphy have not been considered this time around because of injury.
The team announcement will be made at 12 noon in the Lansdowne Road Pavillion next Tuesday. The team travels to Wales the following day.
