Four held over man's death

Four people are expected to appear at Belfast Magistrate's Court today charged with the murder of Mr David Phillips (18), from Springvale Park, in Belfast, who was found injured at Silverstream Road, Belfast, on Sunday and who died later in hospital. The RUC does not believe the killing was sectarian.
