The Government's White Paper on foreign policy is expected to be published on Tuesday March 26th. The 250 page document, the first such paper on foreign policy in the history of the State, was approved yesterday by the Cabinet.
The paper will outline the Government's attitude to the development of the EU, neutrality, a common EU foreign and security policy and other issues to be discussed at the EU's Inter Governmental Conference.
