FBD Holdings has appointed Horizon Technology’s chief financial officer Cathal O’Caoimh as group finance director.
Mr O'Caoimh, who is also a director of Horizon, will join FBD on October 1st.
Michael Berkery, FBD Chairman, said Mr O'Caoimh has extensive experience in strategy, technology and corporate finance.
Mr O'Caoimh, is a chartered accountant who joined Horizon in 2001. Prior to that he was group finance director with Hibernian Insurance.
