A FATHER and son were remanded in custody at District Court yesterday charged with the murder of Patrick Daly (69), in Co Kerry on January 18th. The body of Mr Daly, of Dooneen, Kilcummin, Killarney, was found at the bottom of a 20 foot disused well on his farm four miles from Killarney.
The two accused men are Mr Casey's brother, Mr Sean Daly (70), and nephew Eugene (21), both of Dooneen. Supt Michael O'Neill, Killarney, successfully applied to Judge Humphrey Kelleher to have the two remanded in custody to Killarney District Court on Tuesday
