A Welsh man is due to appear in court today charged with murdering his two children.

A Welsh man is due to appear in court today charged with murdering his two children.

Perry Samuel (35) is accused of asphyxiating Caitlin and Aidan Samuel, aged five and three, at their home in Bodelwyddan, north Wales, on Sunday night.

The children were found in the bath by officers called to the house at 11pm and taken to nearby Glan Clwyd Hospital where they died within an hour.

Samuel was arrested at the scene and will appear before Prestatyn Magistrates' Court.

The children's mother, Sarah Graham, was not at home at the time of the alleged murders.
