The Football Association are refusing to confirm reports today that Chelsea goalkeeper Mark Bosnich has had a B sample returned positive for cocaine.

The Australian's A sample was returned positive last month.

A second B sample is reported to have confirmed the findings and the 30-year-old could face disciplinary action from the FA and Chelsea.

Bosnich, who has only made a handful of appearances for Chelsea despite earning £40,000 a week, could have his contract with the London club terminated on the grounds of serious misconduct.

He recently checked into a clinic for treatment for depression.
