Over the coming weeks, the Exam Countdown column will be inviting students to submit questions on a range of exam-related topics, which will be answered by our selected panel of experts on the Irish Times Website: www.ireland.com/education/el/
The questions will be answered online in text and audio on the day of the column's publication. Readers who wish to hear answers from the site will need to download RealPlayer software in advance. This free software can be downloaded form the RealNetworks site at www.real.com
Once on the RealNetworks site, click on the Free RealPlayer 7 link. On the following page, click on the RealPlayer 7 Basic link where you should first check that your system satisfies the minimum requirements of this version.
Once you are ready to download, fill out the form including details about your operating systems and modem connection speed. Choose one download time option on the next page and finally, choose a location near you to start the process.
When prompted, choose to save the program to disk and find the area of your hard drive where you want to store it. When the download is complete, choose the Run option in your Start menu and find the file again. This will begin the Setup process.
