Execution provokes anger

MATAMOROS - Mexicans reacted with anger after one of their countrymen was put to death in a Texas jail, and grief-stricken family members condemned his executioners as murderers. Irineo Tristan Montoya (30), became the fourth Mexican to be executed in the US this century.
