Ankara - Turkey's parliament yesterday voted to set up an investigation into former prime minister Ms Tansu Ciller, on corruption charges which could lead to a trial in the Supreme Court. Prime Minister Mesut Yilmaz's Motherland party has accused Ms Ciller and her businessman husband of accumulating vast wealth while she was in government from 1993 to 1996.
