The electoral fraud story in Northern Ireland is intriguing. All parties are blaming one another for shenanigans. In Fermanagh/ South Tyrone, for instance, the electorate is 115,464. About 15,000 applied for postal votes. This means that some 13 per cent of the constituency were on holidays this week or cannot walk.
