If the thought of making a speech or presentation sends shivers of fear down your spine, you may need a helping hand to lower your panic level and raise your self-confidence. The Betty Ann Norton theatre school has an acting foundation course for adults beginning in January which will cover areas such as presentation, breathing techniques and relaxation. The cost of the course is £250 per term and it will be available on Monday and Wednesday evenings.
