E-com Interaction to create 150 jobs in Cork

E-com Interaction, an international call centre in Clonakility, West Cork, is to create 150 jobs by the end of next year.

E-com Interaction, an international call centre in Clonakility, West Cork, is to create 150 jobs by the end of next year.

The copmpany already currently employs 35 people at the West Cork Business and Technology Park.

Established in January this year through private funding and grants from Enterprise Ireland totalling €1 million, the company offers call center outsourcing to other companies.

E-com Interaction will manage the customer service functions of other companies on a contract basis.

Call center outsourcing market in Europe is currently worth $7 billion and is expected to double to $15 billion in 2003.
