The construction of a £6

The construction of a £6.5 million water pipeline between Ballyboden and Stillorgan in Dublin has been approved by the Minister for the Environment, Mr Howlin.

When the scheme is completed, it will augment the existing water main and provide a reserve supply of water for Dublin city and Dun Laoghaire, Mr Howlin said yesterday.
