Two men who broke into a house and terrorised the residents have been remanded in custody by Dublin Circuit Criminal Court until February 19th next.

Aiden Foster (39), Belcamp Grove, Coolock, and David Reilly (23), Clanranald Road, Donnycarney, both pleaded guilty to burglary and theft, and to assault with intent to rob on December 14th, 1995, at a house in Santry. They will be sentenced at a later hearing, when evidence of a knife assault on a bound member of the household will be given.
