London - A gang, using a stolen mechanical digger, took just 43 seconds to smash and grab a TSB cash point machine from a bank wall, in Tiverton, east Devon, police said yesterday. They changed the bucket on the digger, using a special adaption which fitted the cash point machine, and smashed their way through a window to get at it.
