Dell said today it has completed its acquisition of ASAP Software from Corporate Express.
The computer maker agreed to the transaction, worth about $340 million, in August, saying it wanted to bolster its software business.
ASAP Software provides information-technology services to corporations and government organisations.
The company also has a subsidiary, License Technologies Group, that provides licensing and e-commerce services for software publishers.
