London - the trial of the man accused of murdering the television presenter, Ms Jill Dando, was further adjourned at the Old Bailey in London yesterday, writes Rachel Donnelly. Mr Barry George (40) of Fulham, west London, denies killing Ms Dando (37), who was shot dead on the doorstep of her Fulham home in April 1999. He will return to court later today.
The jury will not be sworn in until next week and in the meantime the court proceedings and any evidence admitted in court cannot be reported.
