A man in his mid sixties was killed last night when his bicycle was struck by a car in County Mayo. The incident happened at around 7.30 p.m. near Massbrook, Lahardane.
The victim is known to be a local man. His name has not yet been released. The driver of the car is not thought to have been injured.
