Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council has mandated its representatives on the Dun Laoghaire Harbour Board to protect the public right of access to the harbour.

The council passed a motion calling on its representatives also to ensure that the Coal Harbour remained in public ownership, and to support St Michael's Rowing Club.
