A Cork district court judge will refuse to renew the licences of dance clubs whose owners fail to install close circuit television cameras.
Judge Michael Patwell announced today that club owners in his jurisdiction had twelve months notice to provide all discos with CCTV.
The judge's decision falls in line with efforts by the local authority to introduce CCTV cameras throughout Cork city.
