The Swansea-Cork ferry company has had to cancel its planned sailings over the weekend after its crew failed to pass a safety examination.

The British Maritime and Coast guard Safety Agency banned 'The City of Cork' vessel from taking to the sea after it's crew failed a second safety drill.

The vessel is leased from the Hellenic company of Greece and was formerly the St Patrick's II owned by Irish Ferries.
