Thumbs up:Soft drinks are losing their fizz as more and more consumers chose juices and bottled waters instead, according to a report published in the UK last week.

Health concerns will prompt a decline in the popularity of sugary carbonated drinks, market analysts Datamonitor predict. Fizzy drinks are set to make up 50 per cent of the soft drinks market by 2011 - down from 61 per cent today. Bottled water, by contrast, will increase from 19 per cent to 24 per cent of total sales.
