The Chieftains have been nominated for their 16th Grammy award in the category "Best World Music Album" for Santiago, which was released in November of last year.
The group has won a Grammy for the last four consecutive years and a fifth award would be a record for any Irish group. The awards are due to be presented on February 26th at York's Madison Square Garden.
