An Post customers who want to make donations to the third world agency Concern can now do so electronically at 1,000 post offices throughout the Republic. The PACT card which allows such donations was launched jointly by two old adversaries yesterday, the chief executive of An Post, Mr John Hynes, and the chief executive of Concern, Mr Dave Begg. Prior to heading Concern, Mr Begg was general secretary of the Communications Workers Union and represented An Post staff.
