A Dundalk man who admitted headbutting and kicking a garda in Dundalk Garda station last year has had his case adjourned for him to tender compensation. Prionsias de Brun, Ashling Park, Dundalk, was charged with assaulting Garda P.J. Galvin causing him actual bodily harm on August 9th, 1996.

Judge Brennan granted the application and adjourned the matter to September 24th.
