London - British beef was back on the menu in Europe yesterday as farmers celebrated their first exports since the Mad Cow Disease ban more than three years ago.
The Meat and Livestock Commission hosted a lunch in Brussels attended by the British agriculture minister, Ms Joyce Quin, European meat importers and EU Commission representatives.
