Leeds - A 15-year-old boy has been cleared of raping a teenage girl at his school, by a jury at Leeds Crown Court. The boy had been accused of raping a 14-year-old girl in a toilet at their west Yorkshire school in October last year. When giving evidence he admitted chatting to the girl about sex and claimed she had consented. He had been upset by the allegation made by the girl and admitted lying to police about having sex because he was "embarrassed and scared".
