Addis Ababa - Ethiopia army units backed by fighter planes attacked Eritrean troops on a second front yesterday in an escalation of the border conflict between the two Horn of Africa states. Each side has accused the other of firing first near Tsorona, a small Eritrean town which controls access to the strategic Eritrean town of Dekamhare, close to the capital, Asmara.
